This cupcakes were baked and decorated for my niece's 1 year old birthday during my trip to Perth, Australia. The cold and dry weather given me a challenge when I tried to cover the cake with fondant icing. The overall outcome were satisfied and the kids and guests were happy over the hello kitty cupcakes.
